From preparing and presenting prime cuts, prepackaged products and providing exceptional customer service this role is a pivotal role within the store.
As the Butcher Shop Manager you will be responsible for:
- All general butchering duties
- Food Safety Documentation
- Product innovation and Weekly Specials
- Cutting and packing wholesale orders
- Maintaining and growing wholesale business
- Preparing weekly profit and loss reports
- Management of staff
- Rostering and wage budgets
