Together, our businesses design, manufacture, distribute, and retail a wide range of bathroom and laundry cabinetry/products, providing complete solutions to both trade and retail customers.

We are continuing to invest in state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Furniture Maker to join our production team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that combines cabinet making, CNC programming and operation, and production support. You will be responsible for manufacturing premium bathroom vanities using laminate, veneer and timber materials while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret design plans, technical drawings, work orders, specifications, and cutting lists to manufacture custom bathroom vanities, cabinetry, and joinery products.
- Manufacture high-quality bathroom vanity cabinets, shaving cabinets, and custom bathroom furniture using timber, veneers, laminates, particle board, and other engineered wood products.
- Select, inspect, prepare, measure, cut, machine, and process materials and cabinet components using woodworking machinery, hand tools,



and power tools while maintaining precise dimensions and tolerances.
- Program, set up, operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machining centres, and create, modify, and optimise CNC machining programs using CabMaster software.
- Produce and maintain technical drawings, machining programs, manufacturing documentation, and production records to support fabrication processes.
- Assemble cabinetry components and completed products, including vanity units, drawers, shelves, cabinet doors, panels, frames, and custom joinery items, and fit associated hardware including hinges, drawer runners, catches, handles, and shelves.
- Undertake finishing activities including sanding, surface preparation, staining, lacquering, and applying protective coatings to cabinetry and furniture products.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and durability requirements.
- Work closely with the Factory Manager, design team, and production personnel to coordinate manufacturing activities, troubleshoot production issues, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on CNC machinery and woodworking equipment, maintain a safe and organised workshop environment, and assist with the manufacture, repair, refurbishment, and customisation of bespoke bathroom

Skills & Experience The successful applicant will have:





- Certificate 4 or higher qualification in Building and Construction and atleast 1 year of relevant experience as Cabinet Maker
- Experience manufacturing high-quality cabinetry.
- Strong knowledge of laminate and veneer board construction.
- Experience using CabMaster software (essential).
- Basic drafting and technical drawing skills.
- Experience operating CNC routers.
- Understanding of cabinetry construction methods and machining processes.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Current driver's licence.

Desirable

- Experience with CNC, edge banders and other woodworking machinery.
- Experience in bathroom vanity manufacturing.
- Knowledge of timber joinery and veneer finishing.
- Forklift licence (advantageous).
