We are looking for a Cook to join our outstanding team at our Cafe in McMahons Point

Tasks incl: Washing and Cleaning, Cooking breakfast & lunch, prepping mise en place. Helping head chef with other tasks. Experience with busy brunch service required.

To be successful in this role you will: **

- 2 - 3 years relevant experience in the industry
- Have a passion for food and the industry
- Food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge
- An understanding of hygiene practices
- Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player
- Previous experience using fryers
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment with high pressure
- Produce quality product with exceptional presentation
- Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks and understand sequence of service




- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and have flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekend
- Have excellent personal hygiene and presentation
