Casual with Fast Pathway to Permanent Part time

We are a busy industrial café in the heart of the Yatala Enterprise Area, serving hearty breakfasts and lunches to our local trade and industrial community.

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy All-Rounder to join our friendly team for 3.5 days (~34 hours per week). Enjoy early finishes and have every single weekend and public holiday to yourself!

The Pay:

- $37.00 / hr (Casual Base Rate)
- $41.23 / hr (Early Morning Penalty Rate before 6:00 AM)
- Start on casual, with an immediate pathway to transition into a permanent part-time contract after a few months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Friendly counter service and POS/cashier operation
- Coffee making / basic barista duties
- Quick-service food prep and kitchen assistance
- Keeping the service area clean, stocked, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

- Reliability & Early Starts:



Must have reliable personal transport to start at 5:00 AM (finish early afternoon).
- Speed & Energy: Comfortable working briskly during the morning rush while keeping a positive attitude.
- Relevant Experience: Previous café, fast food, or retail food experience is highly regarded.
- Valid Australian working rights (Hospitality students and working holiday workers with experience are welcome to apply).
