Full-time | Front of House Supervisor

$60,000 base salary + Super

Flower Child Castle Towers is looking for a strong hospitality professional ready to take the next step into leadership.

We're seeking someone who can look after people, take ownership and help lead the team from the floor.

For the right person, this role is designed to develop into Assistant Manager and ultimately FOH Store Manager.

What you'll do

- Lead busy services and keep the floor organised, calm and moving
- Manage hosting, guest flow and overall FOH service standards
- Work hands-on alongside the team and step in wherever needed
- Build strong relationships with guests and the team
- Support opening, closing and daily operational organisation

Who we're looking for

- Genuine hospitality instinct and a strong desire to look after people
- Strong work ethic, ownership and a hands-on mindset
- Organised, reliable and able to follow things through
- Kind, emotionally mature and good with different personalities
- Confident communicating, leading and giving direction
- Interested in training people and helping others improve

Experience we're looking for

- Strong experience in busy café or restaurant FOH environments
- Experience leading or helping run high-volume services
- Strong hosting and floor-management capability




- At least 1 year of hands-on coffee/barista experience
- Restaurant experience is highly regarded
- Rostering experience is an advantage, but not essential
