Our brand-new Woodlands campus in Grovedale is now open, and we’re looking for a Campus Director to step in and lead it through its next stage of growth.

We're seeking an inspiring and experienced Campus Director to lead our nurturing 90 place early learning service in Grovedale. If you're driven by the opportunity to mentor educators, foster strong community partnerships, and shape the future for young learners- this is the role for you!

The Centre

Our purpose-built Woodlands Grovedale campus on Pioneer Road is open and growing, welcoming children and families into a thoughtfully designed space created to inspire curiosity, creativity and connection. Catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, the campus offers engaging indoor and outdoor environments and play-based programs designed around each child's interests,



development and sense of belonging. With the foundations already in place, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the centre as it continues to grow and become an integral part of the local community.

The Role

As our Campus Director, you'll step into an exciting stage of the centre's journey, leading the team, strengthening culture and creating an exceptional experience for children, families and educators.

You will

- Lead, develop and grow a high-performing team
- Shape a positive, connected and accountable centre culture
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Drive quality practice aligned with the NQS and EYLF
- Champion continuous improvement and support educators to thrive
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including occupancy, staffing and performance
- Maintain strong compliance across all regulatory and child safety requirements
- Work closely with the broader Woodlands leadership team to bring our vision and values to life

The Ideal candidate:

To be successful in the role, you'll be someone who brings positive energy to your team, children and families. To thrive in this role, you'll need:





- A recognised Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
- Experience leading an early childhood centre (At least 3 years) with a proven ability to mentor, motivate, and guide your team
- A thorough understanding of early childhood frameworks, including the NQF, NQS, EYLF, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with children, families, team, and regulatory bodies.
- Successful completion of National Police Check and Working with Children Check required
- Up-to-date training in First Aid, Child Protection (or Mandatory Reporting), Child Safety and Food Safety
