The Role

We’re looking for a Capability & Growth Partner to help us shape what that looks like.

This is a role for someone who likes to move between the big picture and the practical

You’ll work alongside leaders and teams to understand the capability they need now and next and turn that into meaningful, practical experiences that help people perform, grow and adapt.

That could mean





- Shaping enterprise capability approaches and helping identify current and future capability gaps
- Reimagining onboarding so people feel productive, connected and confident earlier
- Designing learning that is practical, relevant and embedded in the flow of work
- Evolving how we approach performance, development and career growth
- Creating tools, resources and experiences that make quality development conversations easier
- Working with subject matter experts and leaders to solve real capability challenges
- Using feedback and insight to test what is landing, what isn’t and what needs to change
- Rolling up your sleeves to facilitate, design, build, test and continuously improve what you create.

You’ll need to be just as comfortable asking “what are we actually trying to build capability for?” as you are opening the laptop and creating the thing.

Because this isn’t strategy or delivery.

It’s both.

It’s working alongside the people doing the work, rather than designing for them from the sidelines.

There’s plenty to create, plenty to challenge and plenty of fun to have along the way.

What you’ll bring

- You’ve spent time in learning and development, organisational capability, organisational development, or a similar people-focused space and you know how to turn good intent into something helpful.
- You love designing learning and capability initiatives that people actually want to engage with. Ones that are practical, relevant and not just another slide deck.
- You’re a confident facilitator, curious consultant and natural partner to leaders and stakeholders. The kind of person who can ask great questions, listen well and bring people with you.
- You can create resources, programs, tools and frameworks that make complex things feel clear, useful and easy to put into practice.
- You’re happy zooming out to think strategically, then zooming straight back in to build, test, tweak and make things happen in a busy, changing environment.
