About the role

Spinifex Caravans Pty Ltd is seeking skilled and versatile Caravan Manufacturing All Rounders to join our dynamic team at our Deception Bay facility in Queensland. These are full-time positions offering immediate starts for the right candidates. In these role’s you will be instrumental in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality caravans, working across multiple disciplines to ensure products meet our high standards.

You will contribute to all stages of the caravan manufacturing process, bringing your expertise and adaptability to support our growing business.

Key responsibilities

- Perform a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks across caravan construction, including frame building, wall panel assembly, and interior furniture fit out and finishing exterior fit out and electrical system fit outs
- Operate and maintain workshop machinery and hand tools with precision and safety
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and work instructions accurately
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
- Prepare materials and components for assembly, including cutting, shaping and finishing
- Assist with the installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within caravans
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues that arise during the production process
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback on manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in caravan manufacturing, RV construction, or related automotive trades
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple manufacturing disciplines, including carpentry , electrical , cabinet making mechanical and assembly.
- Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools relevant to caravan manufacturing




- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive approach to work
- Valid driver's license (desirable)
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in automotive trades or manufacturing (desirable)
- Experience with timber framing, fibreglass work, or caravan-specific construction techniques (highly desirable)
