We're looking for our next Employment Consultant to join our Northern Adelaideteam within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. Our Salisbury site is conveniently located, easily accessible, and offers on‐site parking for a smooth start to every day.

About the Role
n
This is a energetic role blending people support, sales, relationship building, and administration. Every day, you'll help participants overcome barriers, build confidence, and secure long‐term employment.
n
You will:
n
n
- Support participants (including those with disability, injury, or long‐term unemployment) to become job‐ready
n
- Market candidates to employers and generate new job opportunities
n
- Build strong relationships with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways
n
- Drive employment outcomes through proactive engagement and advocacy
n
n
Success comes from balancing genuine people support with confident employer engagement and outcome delivery.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Build strong relationships with participants to understand their goals
n
- Coach participants to be job‐ready and interview confident
n
- Assist with resumes, job search strategies, and training pathways
n
- Advocate for participants and secure job placements
n
- Generate new opportunities through cold calls, employer visits, and business development
n
- Maintain a strong employer pipeline and convert opportunities into placements
n
- Promote the value of inclusive recruitment
n
- Negotiate job trials, work experience, and wage subsidies
n
- Achieve KPI targets across placements and engagement
n
- Manage compliance, documentation, and participant progress
n
- Celebrate milestones and successful outcomes
n
n

You are:

To Be Considered
n
You will have:

- Eligibility to work in Australia
n
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
n
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
n
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
n
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
n
- Availability to work full‐time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
