We are seeking experienced Casual Chefs to join our dynamic Blanco Horner Catering and Events team in Adelaide, with an immediate start.
We are leading into the Festival Season with high-profile restaurant and catering roles available.
In addition, we have classic food production casual chef roles to support our whole team whether in Events or our Airline Catering Team.
The successful applicant will need to :
Be able to produce contemporary and excellent food quality
Be qualified and have previous success in similar catering and function venues
Skills and competencies required :
Be qualified with culinary training and qualifications, such as a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Have excellent knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations and event catering best practices
Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and deliver consistently high standards
Work positively and co-cooperatively with all team members
Be flexible towards roles and task
Exhibit a strong team work ethic
