We’re looking for fast, reliable and hardworking people to join our production team for the busy Christmas period — with genuine potential for ongoing work for the right people.

Chocablock Chocolates is a Melbourne family-owned business specialising in personalised chocolates, confectionery and corporate gifts. We produce thousands of customised orders for businesses, events and organisations across Australia.

Our production team is busy, hands-on and fast moving. No two days are quite the same.

What you'll be doing Working with our Production Manager and Operations team, you'll help produce and prepare personalised confectionery orders.

Your day may include

- Wrapping, labelling and assembling personalised chocolates and confectionery.
- Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing products and materials for upcoming production jobs.
- Using a variety of production and packaging machinery.
- Receiving, storing and organising stock.
- Assisting with stocktakes and stock rotation.
- Preparing completed orders for dispatch.
- Checking artwork, order details and product variations carefully.
- Communicating with our artwork and administration teams about order requirements.




- Working to daily production targets and deadlines.
- Keeping production areas clean, organised and ready for the next job.

There is plenty of variety. You could be working on chocolate bars in the morning, lolly bags after lunch and a completely different corporate order the next day.

What we're looking for

Previous warehouse, pick-and-pack, production or processing experience is helpful, but not essential. We care more about your attitude, reliability and ability to work quickly and accurately.

You'll need to be

- Well organised and self-motivated.
- Reliable, honest and able to work independently when required.
- Positive about getting through a busy day's workload.
- Comfortable working in a lively and chatty team environment.
- Fast with your hands and have good manual dexterity.
- Very attentive to detail.
- Proud of producing work that looks right.
- Able to read and understand written English confidently, as many of our personalised orders have small but important differences.

Pay: $24.34 – $34.76 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 22.5 per week
