We are currently looking to develop multiple casual opportunities to build a pool of Educators and Inclusion Support workers within Browns Plains and the surrounding suburbs. ✅What You’ll Be Doing:

- Deliver high-quality, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care and education

- Foster safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments

- Work collaboratively with early learning teams to support every child’s growth, confidence, and wellbeing

- Choose shifts that suit your lifestyle and availability

✅ What You’ll Need:

- Completed qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (Cert III or Diploma)

- Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

- National Police Check (within the last 12 months)

- Robust verbal and written communication skills

- Solid understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework),



NQF (National Quality Framework), and principles of child protection and safeguarding

✨ Bonus Certifications (Highly Desirable)

- First Aid & CPR Certification (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

- Minimum 12 months' experience in an early childhood setting

- Child Protection Training

- Safe Sleep Training

- Fire Safety Training

- Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certification

? Pay Rates & Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rates starting at $43.31 - $53.55 (Cert III or Diploma Levels)

- 12% Superannuation
