We are seeking an experienced Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to become part of our dedicated team. This varied role will involve working in our à la carte restaurant, private dining rooms, and at exclusive Club events.
While a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar high-quality hospitality environment is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ensuring high standards of service across all dining areas and events.
- Maintaining a polished and professional presentation at all times.
About You:
- Previous experience in a quality hotel, club, or restaurant dining environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional grooming and personal presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively in a team.
- Barista skills (desirable).
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
- Full working rights in Australia.
