Set within one of the city's most beautiful heritage buildings at 16 Queen Street, we're bringing a proper British pub to the heart of Perth CBD. A warm, welcoming local inspired by the timeless charm of Britain's best pubs.

Expect proper pints, hearty British pub fare, live music, quiz nights, Sunday carvery/roasts, football (never ‘soccer' ?) on the big screens and calendar packed full of weekly specials and events. Whether it's an after-work pint, darts with your mates or great British pub grub - we're creating the kind of local you'll be proud to call your own.

A bit about YOU:

- A genuine, energetic personality with a positive attitude, a love of good banter and a passion for looking after every punter.
- Food & beverage knowledge - ideally a beer focus! Know how to pour a proper Guinness? We want you.
- A go-get-'em attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn.

- Outstanding communication

- Bring common sense
- Versatile availability, reliable & punctual. Weekend and evening availability is essential. Hospitality happens when everyone else is off!

- BARTENDERS & FLOOR STAFF – Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar high-volume, fast-paced pub, bar or venue. Great customer service,



plenty of personality and comfortable when things get busy.
- FOOD RUNNERS – No experience needed, just a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the energy to keep things moving! You’ll be running food, helping the team and making sure our guests are well looked after.

- CASUAL ROLES – Pay in accordance with the Hospitality Industry General Award (HIGA), including applicable penalty rates. Classification from Level 1–3, depending on the role and experience.
