Our Food & Beverage offerings deliver a unique and immersive dining experience across multiple services throughout the day.

Our à la carte breakfast service is hosted in the Rainforest Cave dining room. This is followed by a lunch service on the Terrace, offering stunning views overlooking our lion enclosures.

For arriving guests, High Tea is served in Ushaka Lodge, where they can enjoy a truly memorable experience alongside reptiles and our colobus monkeys.





Pre-dinner drinks and dinner service take place in the Rainforest Cave dining room from 6:15pm to 10:00pm. Guests enjoy a premium four-course dining experience paired with an exceptional selection of premium wines, all within the unique atmosphere of the cave setting. Throughout the evening, guests depart the restaurant between 9:00pm and 10:00pm to return to their rooms via courtesy bus transfers.

Multiple positions are available for both breakfast & dinner - no split shifts are required.

We’re looking for a confident, professional and personable hospitality team member with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have some hospitality & barista experience. The right personality is just as key as experience — we’re looking for someone warm, outgoing, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about hospitality, people & animals.
