Casual Housekeeper - Crossroads Hotel

We are looking for a dedicated housekeeper to join our friendly team at Crossroads Hotel, Crossroads is part of the Sonnel group. Located just 20 minutes from Sydney's International and Domestic airports, with easy access to the M7 and M5 motorways, Crossroads Hotel is a popular stop for business travellers, families and holidaymakers travelling throughout NSW and beyond. About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the property, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable workplace for our guests.

Key Duties Include:

- Performing general cleaning duties (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping)
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Making beds and changing linens
- Handling laundry including washing, drying, ironing, and folding
- Maintaining a tidy and well‑organised environment throughout the property
- Restocking household and cleaning supplies
- Reporting maintenance issues or damages promptly




- Managing time efficiently to complete tasks to a high standard
- Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

About You

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel or accommodation experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for cleaning duties
- Understanding of workplace health and hygiene standards
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required
