Position

Our gym floor concierge is the perfect role to start your career in a world class health and wellness facility whilst you finish your studies. Alternatively, you might be an exceptional personal trainer, looking for a fresh start in an amazing workplace with an elite team.

At the heart of the gym floor concierge role, is all about bringing a sense of energy, care, love and attention to detail to our gym floor product. It’s about delivering 6 star experiences to our members that rival the worlds very best private clubs, wellness retreats and resorts.

Responsibilities

- Be present and accessible on the gym floor and act as a point of contact to members and guests
- Bring a warmth, love and care to the space by engaging with members,



interacting with them and being of support where needed
- Improve the member experience eg. Be polite, smile often, get to know members and use their names, offer a spot, towel, drink, training cues, tidy areas and advocate for safety
- Be the first to make a recommendation or refer on to another expert in saint haven
- Create a positive vibe for members and team members alike
- Attend weekly, fortnightly, monthly team meetings and workshops
- Technologically savvy and understanding the importance of the customer journey. Training will be offered within the job.
- Be up to date with the latest trends and science to answer any facility-based questions that members and guests have
- Oversee and assist with general cleanliness and tidiness of group fitness rooms and the gym floor
- Develop a thorough understanding of the saint haven offering and be able to recommend methods for clients/members/guests to help live their best lives.
- Present yourself in a clean & tidy manner at all time

Requirements

- Cert III or IV in Fitness (or currently studying / qualified within the wellness industry)
- Strong customer service experience
- High attention to gym floor presentation and cleanliness
