About the role
Solterra & Vine are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and hands-on wait staff to join our front-of-house team. If you take pride in elevating every guest's experience and can stay organised and upbeat while managing a busy service, we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Take food and beverage orders with confidence
- Recommend menu items and daily specials
- Work closely with kitchen team
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest
About you
- Valid RSA essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant environment
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Availability Friday to Sunday
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Robust multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Hands-on approach — willing to jump in wherever needed essential
