Thrill Team Events is looking for confident, reliable people who can lead adult corporate groups through fun, energetic team activities.

You might currently be a teacher, trainer, outdoor educator, fitness instructor, sports coach, tour guide, event host, MC or facilitator.

Previous team-building experience is helpful, but not essential.

What matters most is that you can engage adults, give clear instructions, create positive energy and stay professional under pressure.

What you'll do

- Welcome and brief corporate groups
- Facilitate team activities and challenges
- Keep participants engaged and on time
- Manage equipment, scoring and activity stations
- Support other facilitators and event staff
- Adapt when weather, timing or venue conditions change
- Help deliver a smooth, professional client experience

Most work is across Sydney and Greater Sydney, with a significant amount occurring during weekday business hours. Access to reliable transport is highly desirable.

Pay

$37–$55 per hour, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
