The Opportunity

As Category Lead - Corporate Services and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing and category management activities across a diverse portfolio of corporate services and marketing spend. Partnering closely with business stakeholders and suppliers, you will deliver commercial value through sourcing initiatives, supplier performance management, contract negotiations, cost optimisation opportunities, and category planning that supports Crown's operational and strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end sourcing and tender activities across Corporate Services and Marketing categories, including market analysis, RFx processes, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations and contract execution.
- Analyse spend, supplier performance and market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities, improve supplier value and support the delivery of category strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand commercial requirements, provide procurement expertise and align sourcing initiatives with business priorities.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement, innovation and service enhancements.
- Support supplier governance and risk management activities, ensuring suppliers meet performance,



compliance and operational expectations.
- Deliver regular category reporting, market insights and commercial recommendations to support procurement objectives and informed decision-making.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management or Commercial roles, ideally supporting Corporate Services, Professional Services, Facilities Management, Marketing or related categories.
- Demonstrated success leading sourcing projects, tender processes and commercial negotiations that deliver measurable savings, efficiencies and business value.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using spend analysis, procurement data and market intelligence to inform sourcing and category decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and manage relationships across all levels of the business.
- Experience managing supplier performance, supplier relationships and contract outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management or a related discipline, with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
