About you At Hugh Hamilton Wines, we look for people who think like Black Sheep; creative, clever and commercial in how they approach guests and the day-to-day. We love team members who bring the fire, are unmistakably real, and genuinely care about creating memorable experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.

- You can quickly pick up on how guests are feeling and adjust accordingly
- You love building relationships with guests
- You get on well with anyone, and can engage with people from all walks of life
- You don't stop. There's always something to do, clean, tidy, neaten, restock, refill or check
- You're looking for 2-3 shifts and available weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Previous customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or hospitality experience required
- Not working or planning to work at another Cellar Door while working with us
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift wine cases up to 15kg
- Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents

Nice for you to have (but not a deal-breaker)

- Wine industry experience
- Retail and/or hospitality experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
