About the Role
We are seeking areliable, hands-on Cellar Team Member to join our fast-paced hospitality and events team at Sandstone Point Hotel.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in keeping things organised and is comfortable with the physical demands of cellar operations, stock management and event support.
Availability required:
Monday: All Day | Tuesday: AM | Friday: Arvo/Evening | Saturday: All Day | Sunday: All Day
Key responsibilities include:
- Cellar operations, stock handling and stock transfers
- Assisting with regular stocktakes
- Using computers, tablets and other devices for stock management
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe cellar
- Supporting event setups and pack-downs
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous cellar, hospitality, warehouse or stock experience
- Stocktake/stock management experience
- Forklift license – preferred but not necessary
- Valuable computer and device skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- A positive, flexible and team-focused approach
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift, move stock and assist with event setups
