Our client is a construction company in search of a Change & Training Lead professional. This permanent opportunity is based in Wangara, with a five-day office environment and flexible working hours.

Your new role

As the Change & Training Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the successful implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide systems and business transformation initiatives. Working closely with project teams and business stakeholders, you will develop and deliver change management and training strategies that drive user engagement, capability uplift and sustainable business outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading change management activities across ERP and enterprise system implementations
- Developing and executing change, communication and stakeholder engagement plans
- Designing and delivering training programs for both corporate and operational workforces
- Conducting training needs analyses and developing supporting learning materials
- Supporting stakeholder readiness, adoption and transition activities
- Working closely with project teams, business leaders and end-users to ensure successful change outcomes
- Monitoring adoption metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will bring:





- Demonstrated experience leading change and training initiatives for ERP or large-scale enterprise systems (such as HR, Finance or similar platforms)
- Robust experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse stakeholder groups
- Proven ability to engage with both corporate and operational employees, including blue-collar workforces
- Experience working within engineering, construction, maintenance, services, industrial or similarly operational environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
- A practical and hands-on approach with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
