We are a recruitment agency representing a well‑established Indian restaurant located in Brisbane, QLD. Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join their team. The restaurant is prepared to offer TSS 482 visa sponsorship or Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) 186 visa for the right candidate who meets the required skills, experience, and eligibility criteria.

Position Overview

We are hiring for multiple roles within the restaurant (Chefs, Cooks, Restaurant Managers, and Supervisors). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Indian cuisine or hospitality operations, a commitment to high‑quality service, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook high‑quality Indian dishes with consistency
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning, stock control, and daily operations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams




- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold restaurant standards
- Support training and development of junior staff (for senior roles)

Requirements

- Relevant experience in Indian cuisine or hospitality management
- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (for chef/cook roles)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- A positive attitude and commitment to high standards
- Candidates inside Australia or overseas may apply
- Must meet eligibility criteria for 482 or 186 visa sponsorship
