The Role

Emme is searching for qualified, energetic people to join our team of talented chefs and Cooks. We are looking for people who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service.

Responsibility

- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
- Mise en place and breakdown.
- Section management.




- Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
- Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.

The Prerequisites

- 1+ years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues.
- Learn new techniques and sections.
- Experience in a busy and professional environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised with a passion for well executed food.
- Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices.
- Openness and honesty, Humility, and Integrity.
- Positivity and a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work autonomously and supportively for the team.
- Flexibility & availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
- Uses confidence to show great restraint under even the most trying circumstances.
- Takes the initiative.
- Self-motivated.
