About Café Loulou

Café Loulou brings together the boulangerie, traiteur and bistro under one roof in North Sydney's Walker Street Precinct. From morning croissants and coffee through to plated breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu showcases the best of what Loulou has to offer.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will manage your own section of the kitchen, preparing dishes to exact specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene and safety.





This is a Full Time opportunity for a qualified Chef with a genuine love of French cooking, premium produce and high quality hospitality. You will work alongside a talented kitchen team, cross training across different sections and contributing to the continued development of Loulou's menu, culture and standards.

Experience &

Qualifications

- Experience in a commercial kitchen workplace

- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent hands on experience

- Minimum 2 years'
experience in a la carte, fine dining or hatted venues

- Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, detail oriented kitchen

- Strong attention to quality, consistency and presentation

- Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development

- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
