About the role

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. We're looking for someone who is confident in managing their own section through prep and service, takes ownership of their work and cares about maintaining consistently high standards.

Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who works well with people. Someone positive, hardworking and willing to learn, who sees what needs doing and gets on with it.

There's room here to keep developing your craft, take on more responsibility and learn from a team with plenty of experience to share.

Key responsibilities

- Manage your own section independently through prep and service
- Take ownership of your section and maintain consistently high standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and professionalism
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and Front of House
- Support and develop junior team members
- Support the team, solve problems and adapt when things change

About you

- Qualified, trained or experienced in a professional kitchen




- Confident managing a section independently through prep and service
- Experienced in preparing and serving consistently high-quality meals while maintaining excellent presentation and food safety standards.
- Organised, efficient and able to perform under pressure
- Takes pride in their work and wants to continually improve
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
- Passionate about food and creating a great guest experience
