We are seeking two passionate, qualified, and experienced Full-Time Chefs specialising in Indian cuisine to join our busy restaurant, known for serving authentic Indian flavours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food for bookings, catering orders, and walk-in customers
- Menu planning and pricing
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, occupational health and safety, and hygiene regulations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Check the quality of food items and conduct stocktakes
Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Indian cuisine
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery or kitchen management preferred
