Little Desert Brewing Co. is a regional brewery and bistro in Dimboola, Victoria. We’re expanding our kitchen team and are looking for experienced WHV chefs who want stable full-time work and a clear pathway to 482 visa sponsorship.

About the Role

- Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Support menu development and seasonal specials
- Work closely with FOH and help train junior staff

About You (WHV Applicants Welcome)

- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent overseas qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Able to meet 482 visa sponsorship requirements
