- Available Friday and Saturday nights – this is essential

This position may include

- Assisting with food preparation and service

- Cooking and plating meals to a consistent standard, depending on experience

- Supporting chefs during busy lunch and dinner services

- Preparing ingredients and maintaining stock levels

- Maintaining a clean, organised and protected kitchen

- Washing dishes and kitchen equipment when required

- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures

- Assisting with opening, closing and general kitchen duties

- Working efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy services
