About the role

n

You'll be responsible for helping prospective members understand what Next Gen has to offer and finding the right membership for their needs.

n

This will involve:

n

n
- Speaking with prospective members face-to-face and over the phone
n
- Conducting tours of our facilities
n
- Following up leads and enquiries
n




- Building relationships with prospective members
n
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
n
- Handling objections and having confident sales conversations
n
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
n
