Job Description

YMCA Victoria is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee operations at our aquatic facilities. You will manage and lead a small team, ensuring programs and services meet established standards while aligning with YMCA policies.

The role includes rostered duties and covering shifts as part of the Manager on Duty schedule. The ideal candidate will have lifeguard experience, current CPR and first aid certifications, and a robust admin skill set to support daily operations and customer service
