We are looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of a successful permanent recruitment desk.
n This is an opportunity for a recruiter who wants autonomy, earning potential, career progression and the backing of an experienced recruitment team.

The Role As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to placement and ongoing client management.

n

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Identifying and winning new permanent recruitment opportunities
n
- Managing your own recruitment desk and candidate pipeline
n
- Sourcing, interviewing and assessing high-quality candidates
n
- Conducting candidate qualification and reference checking
n
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
n
- Negotiating salaries and managing offers
n
- Providing market intelligence and recruitment advice to clients
n
- Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
n
- Achieving individual billing and activity targets
n
- Contributing to the wider Talent Focus team and culture
n

What We're Looking For
n We are seeking someone who is commercial, driven and relationship-focused,



with a genuine passion for recruitment.

Ideally, you will have:

n

- 5+ years' recruitment experience
n
- Proven permanent recruitment experience
n
- Strong business development and sales capability
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes
n
- The ability to build genuine client and candidate relationships
n
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
n
- Solid organisation and time-management skills
n
- A desire to build a successful long-term recruitment career
