CIP & COP Operator – Afternoon Shift | $40 per hour

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and safety-conscious CIP & COP Operator to join our production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking a hands-on role within a professional production environment. Both part-time and full-time applicants are welcome.

Position Details

- Position: CIP & COP Operator
- Hourly Rate: $40 per hour, including afternoon shift loading
- Hours: Approximately 4:00 pm to midnight
- Employment: Part-time or full-time
- Overtime: May be required occasionally to complete cleaning processes

About the RoleThe CIP & COP Operator is responsible for ensuring production equipment is cleaned and prepared to the required hygiene and operational standards following production. Working as part of a small team, you will undertake both Clean In Place (CIP) and Clean Out of Place (COP) activities across a range of production equipment, including kettles, aeration pipework and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor CIP systems and cleaning programs.
- Prepare and configure equipment and pipework for CIP operations.
- Perform COP cleaning of equipment and components as required.
- Monitor cleaning processes to ensure they are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and ensure correct dilution and application.
- Follow established cleaning, hygiene, safety and operating procedures.
- Conduct cleaning activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify and report equipment, process or cleaning issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.




- Work collaboratively with team members to complete cleaning activities within required timeframes.
- Complete relevant records and documentation as required.
- Undertake occasional overtime when necessary to complete production cleaning requirements.

Previous experience in CIP, COP, production, food manufacturing or a similar environment will be highly regarded. Training will be provided to the successful candidate where required.
