- Technical Drawing: Produce accurate blueprints, floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Infrastructure & Building Layouts: Draft plans for residential housing, commercial structures, roads, drainage, stormwater systems, and water supply networks.
- Interpreting Data: Read land surveys, topographical maps, and engineering specifications to ensure designs fit the physical plot.
- Collaboration: Work alongside civil engineers, structural designers, surveyors, and construction crews.
- Compliance & Revisions: Update drawings as projects change and verify that all plans meet local building codes and standards.
- Project Estimation: Calculate material quantities and assist with cost and resource budgeting.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sunshine Coast QLD
