Two opportunities are available

12D Civil Design Engineer | 12D | Land Development

We're looking for a Civil Design Engineer with 5+ years' experience and a solid background in land subdivision design.

You'll ideally bring

- Competent land subdivision design experience
- Strong 12D capability as an engineer or designer
- Experience across roads, drainage, earthworks and general land development
- The ability to work independently while being part of a cooperative team
- A willingness to take on varied work as the Brisbane office continues to grow

$100k–$130k + Super, depending on experience. There is also an opportunity to support your pathway towards Queensland registration, where required.

Senior Project / Construction Engineer | Land Development

We're also looking for an experienced engineer with strong land development and construction delivery experience.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being client-facing and wants to be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:

- Land development and subdivision projects
- Construction and project delivery




- Client and stakeholder management
- Contractor coordination and problem solving
- Technical input and design coordination
- Taking ownership of projects and helping develop the growing Brisbane team
