We’re looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and deliver exceptional results. With offices located in New South Wales and Queensland you will be based in Lennox Head or Kingscliff NSW.

You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects, including:

- Subdivisions – creating vibrant new communities
- Road Projects – improving connectivity and safety
- Stormwater Solutions – protecting environments and assets
- Water & Sewer Systems – ensuring reliable essential services

What you’ll do
- Preparing technical specifications and design documentation
- Reviewing and signing off on drawing packages
- Project Management from concept to completion
- Conduct construction inspections to maintain quality standards
- Chance to mentor and lead Junior Engineers

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Chartered status (CPEng, RPEQ, or NER)
- 5–10+ years of engineering experience, with a proven track record in civil infrastructure
- Demonstrated expertise in subdivisions, roads, earthworks, stormwater, water, and sewer projects
- Ability to provide key technical leadership across a broad range of civil engineering disciplines
- Experience in a consultancy environment (highly regarded)




- Strong focus on quality, cost management, and timely delivery
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to prepare and review complex technical reports and design documentation
- Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships
