We have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced claims consultant to join our busy insurance practice on a full time basis.

Your duties will include

- current claim lodgments
- support in the management of the portfolio of clients
- process motor claims and data entry
- drafting and amending a wide range of legal documents
- client file management
- reviewing and analysing documents
- liaising with clients, agents, lawyers and suppliers
- maintain and create documents and spreadsheets
- answer phone calls and client queries
- undertaking research tasks
- general office administration, including scanning, photocopying, filing and archiving documents.

Our ideal candidate We are looking for a candidate who:

- has experience in claims management including settlements and recoveries - preferably from work at another insurance company
- is able to manage high volume tasks of files
- is deadline driven
- has high-level communication and client relationship skills
- has great work ethic, is motivated and willing to learn
- is able to work independently
- has strong computer skills
- possess excellent communication skills
- has excellent attention to detail
- is able to manage their time effectively and efficiently.
