Role : Claims Platform Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced Claims Platform Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a major Claims Platform Transformation Program involving a modern cloud-based claims platform and complex enterprise integrations.

? Mandatory: Strong Insurance Claims domain experience

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the overall test strategy and integrated test plan for the Claims Platform transformation.
- Establish and manage the program-level testing function and operating model.
- Lead System Testing, SIT, Integration Testing and End-to-End testing across the claims platform and enterprise applications.
- Coordinate API/interface testing and complex system integrations.
- Plan and oversee UAT, business validation and stakeholder sign-off.
- Manage testing activities across implementation partners, vendors and internal technology teams.
- Lead defect triage, quality risk assessment and resolution tracking.
- Define and monitor test metrics, quality dashboards, risks and issues for program governance.
- Coordinate performance, security,



resilience, accessibility and compliance testing.
- Own test exit criteria and release readiness assessments.
- Support Go/No-Go decisions, production verification and post-release/hypercare quality activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

✅ Strong Insurance Claims / Claims Management experience

✅ Proven experience as a Test Manager / Program Test Manager / Test Lead on large transformation programs

✅ Strong SIT, Integration and E2E testing experience

✅ Experience with Claims platforms / Claims transformation programs

✅ Strong Test Strategy, Test Planning and Test Governance experience

✅ Experience managing UAT and business stakeholders

✅ Solid defect management and quality risk management experience

✅ Experience coordinating vendors / system integrators / implementation partners

✅ Strong release readiness and quality reporting experience

✅ Experience working with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations
