- Client Services Officer / Client Services Manager – 3–5+ years’ experience

The Opportunity
Working closely with experienced Advisers, you will play a key role in managing the client service and administration process across personal insurance and risk advice. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end administration and implementation of Risk Insurance advice
- Preparing and processing new business, renewals and policy alterations
- Managing insurance applications from submission through to completion
- Liaising with clients, Advisers, insurers, underwriters and other stakeholders
- Following up outstanding medical, underwriting and application requirements
- Managing client queries and providing a high level of ongoing service
- Preparing documentation and supporting Advisers throughout the advice process
- Maintaining accurate client records, workflows and compliance documentation
- Proactively managing deadlines and ensuring cases progress efficiently
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
About You
We are looking for candidates who have built their experience specifically within Australian Financial Planning / Risk Insurance.
You will ideally bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience for the CSO/CSM opportunity,
- Strong experience supporting personal Risk Insurance advice
- Knowledge across Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection insurance
- Experience managing insurance applications and underwriting requirements
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Confidence liaising directly with insurers, underwriters and Advisers
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple applications and priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, professional and team-focused approach
