Residential Cleaner – Reliable, Client Focused & Detail Oriented

Mindsight Cleaning Services is a growing, owner operated cleaning business built around one simple idea: uplifting lives by transforming living spaces.

We work in private homes where trust, communication and attention to detail matter just as much as the cleaning itself.

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and genuinely switched on person who is recent to cleaning to join our small team on a subcontractor basis.

No professional cleaning experience is required — in fact, we welcome applicants who are completely new to the industry. We will provide paid training and teach you our cleaning systems, techniques and standards from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys having a conversation with clients, notices the little things, and wants to build a long-term working relationship with a business rather than simply turn up, clean and leave.

- Is willing to learn our systems, standards and way of doing things

No cleaning experience is necessary. We are specifically looking for someone who is new to professional cleaning and is willing to learn. What we can’t easily teach is reliability, common sense, pride in your work, good communication and the way you treat people.

About the role

- Residential cleaning across Adelaide’s northern, north-eastern and surrounding areas
- Weekday work, generally between 9am–5pm
- Approximately 1–2 days per week to begin, with the opportunity to increase hours as your reliability and client relationships develop
- Working independently and alongside the owner or another cleaner depending on the job
- Regular residential clients as well as occasional deep cleans, end-of-lease, pre-sale and other cleaning work
- You will be representing Mindsight Cleaning Services directly in clients’ homes

You must have:
- ABN
- Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Current police clearance
- Public liability insurance
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and reliably

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
