Residential Cleaning Team Member – $35/hr + Super | 20+ hrs | No Experience Needed Marta Cleaning Services – Sydney $35 per hour + super | Paid travel | Company vehicle | Monday–Thursday | Friday optional Marta Cleaning Services is a family-owned residential cleaning business looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team. Previous professional cleaning experience is NOT required. In fact, we are much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, good work ethic, energy, reliability and willingness to learn.

We provide training and teach you our cleaning systems and standards.

What we offer $35 per hour + super

Casual employee position – NOT ABN contracting

Minimum 20 hours per week

Mainly Monday to Thursday

Friday work available if you would like additional hours

Paid travel between clients

All cleaning equipment and products supplied

Work in teams of two – you will not be sent to clean homes alone

Full training provided

Regular clients and ongoing work

Mainly daytime hours

Most working days start around 8:00–9:00am

Working day is generally around 7 hours including travel

No weekend work or public holiday

We don't expect a new team member to know everything or work at full speed from day one. Training is provided, and speed develops as you learn our system. However, residential cleaning is an active and scheduled job.

Our clients rely on us to arrive and finish on time,



so we are looking for someone who can work consistently, efficiently and stay focused throughout the working day. What does a normal day look like? You will work together with another team member cleaning residential homes.

We generally complete two or more homes during the day depending on the size of each job. Some jobs are larger and take longer, while others are smaller maintenance cleans. The role involves normal physical cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, wiping surfaces, bending, reaching and carrying cleaning equipment into and out of clients' homes.

All equipment, cleaning products and the work vehicle are provided by Marta Cleaning Services. No cleaning experience? That's okay. We are happy to train the right person. Applicants from hospitality, cafes, restaurants, retail, warehousing, housekeeping, customer service or other industries are very welcome.
