About the Role

We are seeking a Client Accounts & Relationship Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will serve as a critical point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally whilst identifying opportunities for business growth and service expansion. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on client satisfaction and retention, directly contributing to the success of Signasaurus.

What You'll be Doing

- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing enquiries, concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining solid, trust-based relationships with clients to understand their evolving business needs and objectives
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and account information within our systems
- Resolving client concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues appropriately




- Contributing to the development of account strategies that support both client success and company objectives

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in client relations, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a sales or service-focused environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and client service
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for sales principles and understanding of how to identify and capitalise on business development opportunities
