The Client

Well known multinational freight forwarder who offers training opportunities, and who has a history of staff retention.

The Position

- Liaising with customers & internal teams to ensure adherence to SOP's

- Monitor process flows and look for areas of improvement

- Update all customer records in CRM system

- Monitor purchase orders - daily basis

- Ensure all urgent shipments are handled efficiently

- Monitor and keep clients updated with shipment statuses/exceptions

- Processing all shipment approvals & forwarding rates

- Ensure customer review calls are completed weekly

- Providing assistance and resolving customer complaints regarding service issues

The Requirements

- Well developed freight forwarding experience

- Ability to identify and meet customer needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Corporate presentation

- Must have freight forwarding experience within the Australian market
