We're looking for an experienced Client Services & Scheduling Team Leader to lead our Client Services and Scheduling teams in Victoria, ensuring clients receive seamless, person-centred support while optimising workforce performance and service delivery.
About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager - In-home Care, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination of client services, from onboarding and service commencement through to workforce scheduling and ongoing operational delivery.
You will ensure services are set up accurately, schedules are optimised and teams are supported to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Client Services and Scheduling teams to achieve operational and service delivery targets.
- Oversee new client onboarding, service setup, and commencement activities.
- Manage workforce scheduling and rostering to support continuity of care and service efficiency.
- Monitor team performance, workflows, and service delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across scheduling and client service functions.
- Analyse workforce trends, service demand and performance metrics to improve operations.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
About You You are a confident people leader with experience in client services, workforce coordination, rostering, scheduling, or community care operations. You thrive in a fast-paced workplace and can balance client needs, workforce demands, and operational priorities.
- Leadership experience managing operational, client services or scheduling teams.
- Strong workforce planning, rostering, and problem-solving capability.
- Experience in aged care, disability, community services, healthcare, or a related sector.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A practical, data-informed approach and a passion for outstanding client outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, Social Work or a related field.
- Current National Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
- Working with Children Check, where applicable.
- Valid Driver's Licence, current immunisation requirements and the right to work in Australia.
