Meracare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Care & Compliance Manager to lead our residential aged care service in Frankston. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, aged care leader to drive clinical excellence, quality outcomes, compliance, and operational performance while fostering a positive and resident-focused culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director Clinical Governance and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Leading clinical, operational, quality and compliance functions across the facility.

· Ensuring delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

· Managing accreditation, quality improvement, risk management and clinical governance activities.

· Driving workforce performance, engagement and professional development.

· Overseeing AN-ACC optimisation, occupancy and operational performance outcomes.

About You

· Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.

· Demonstrated management experience within residential aged care.

· Strong understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards, compliance and clinical governance.

· Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Experience with AN-ACC,



continuous improvement and accreditation processes.
