About the RoleAs Clinical Manager, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care to residents.

This is an excellent prospect for an experienced Care Manager, Deputy Director of Nursing, Clinical Care Coordinator, or senior Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in their leadership career.

You'll work closely with facility leadership and multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence, strengthen compliance outcomes, support staff development, and enhance resident experiences.

Locations available:

- Wollongong, NSW | $140,000 + Super
- Central Coast, NSW | $140,000 + Super
- Toowoomba, QLD | $135,000 + Super
- St Arnaud, VIC | $145,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and oversight of clinical care delivery
- Support and mentor nursing and care teams
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and accreditation requirements
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance activities
- Manage incident investigations, clinical audits and risk management processes
- Monitor care planning, assessments and documentation standards
- Collaborate with residents, families, allied health and external stakeholders
- Support workforce development,



education and performance management
- Foster a positive culture focused on resident wellbeing and clinical excellence

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in a Clinical Manager, Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, DDON or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and quality standards
- Experience leading, coaching and developing clinical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Passion for delivering person-centred care and driving positive outcomes
