We're looking for a physio to join Teale Vella Physiotherapy on a flexible, growing casual basis. Whether you're 1–2 years post-graduate or well beyond. You'll work inside Ghetto Movement, an active, gym-based training environment, with a built-in musculoskeletal focused caseload, rather than a sterile back-room clinic. We also have a large focus on women's health, so experience in this area is highly desirable.

This is a great fit if you want genuine flexibility over your hours, want to work in a fun environment with great patients, hours that build over time, and to be part of a small, hands-on team - rather than just filling a gap in someone else's roster.

- Starting at approx. 8–15 hrs/week
- Genuine potential to grow up to 4 full days/week (32 hrs) for someone open to including weekend shifts in that mix

What we're looking for

- 1+ years' clinical experience (early-career welcome - what matters most is fit, not years)
- Women's health experience highly desirable
- Genuinely invested in how patients experience their care, not just the clinical outcome
- Uses good judgment to handle day-to-day problems




- Communicates clearly and proactively - flags issues early rather than letting them build up
- Someone whose commitments you can count on - if you say you'll be there, you're there.
- Comfortable working in an active gym environment, and gets on well with our gym staff - a team player, genuinely part of the team
- Must have AHPRA and APA registration, Medicare provider number (or ability to apply).

What you'll be doing

- Taking on a caseload built around the practice's needs, with independence in how you clinically manage and treat your patients, and minimal day-to-day oversight. Mentoring available for complex presentations.
- General/mixed caseload, predominantly musculoskeletal and some women's health presentations
- Pitching in on reception/admin and clinic upkeep when you're not booked with patients We ask you to be a hands-on part of the team, not just clinic-hours-and-go.
