Cluster Manager – Eureka Furniture

Drive Sales. Develop Leaders. Build High-Performing Stores.

Are you a commercially driven retail leader who thrives on sales performance, developing people and creating high-performing teams?

Eureka Furniture is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead and develop our growing network of furniture stores. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving sales, developing Store Managers, improving operational performance and ensuring our stores have the right people, stock and processes in place to succeed.

As a proud, family-owned and operated Australian furniture business, we are experiencing continued growth, with new stores opening in the recent year. We are expanding our existing Management team and are looking for a results-focused leader who can help take our stores and people to the next level.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will oversee multiple stores and work closely with Store Managers to drive sales growth, profitability, team performance and operational excellence.

Your focus will be on creating accountability, developing strong leaders and ensuring every store is positioned to maximise its sales potential. Your portfolio of stores would include West Gosford, Tuggerah, Kotara, Rutherford in addition to our sister brand, Olive Grove Furniture store, in Tuggerah.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Performance

Drive sales, gross profit and overall commercial performance across your region.

Set clear sales expectations and KPIs, and hold Store Managers accountable for results.

Review sales performance, identify opportunities and implement focused action plans.

Analyse sales and financial reporting to identify trends, opportunities and areas requiring improvement.

Drive a strong sales culture focused on customer experience, conversion, average transaction value and team performance.

Leadership & People Development

Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to become confident, capable and commercially focused leaders.

Build a high-performance culture through clear expectations, regular feedback and accountability.

Identify development opportunities and create structured plans to improve individual and team performance.

Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of high-quality team members.





Develop succession plans and identify future leaders within the business.

Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews and leadership coaching.

Merchandising & Floor Performance

Ensure showroom floors are commercially optimised and aligned to each store's sales history and customer demand.

Use reporting and sales data to ensure best sellers and key products are appropriately represented and available.

Identify opportunities to improve product presentation, merchandising and showroom performance.

Work with Store Managers to ensure showroom standards consistently support sales results.

Stock, Logistics & Operational Excellence

Maintain strong stock integrity and ensure stores follow established stock control processes.

Monitor stock levels and work with logistics and relevant teams to ensure stores have the right stock at the right time.

Minimise shrinkage, stock discrepancies and avoidable stock issues.

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.

Work closely with logistics, warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth product flow and store support.

Performance & Accountability

Conduct regular store performance reviews and follow through on agreed actions.

Identify underperformance quickly and implement effective improvement strategies.

Manage performance issues fairly and consistently.

Ensure stores operate within agreed budgets and effectively manage controllable costs.

Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve regional performance.

Customer & Compliance

Support Store Managers with escalated customer complaints and complex customer issues.

Maintain high standards of customer service across all locations.

Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, company policies and operational procedures.

Multi-Site Leadership

Build strong relationships with store teams and provide visible, hands-on leadership.





Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, HR and other departments to ensure stores have the support required to perform.

About You

We are looking for a proven retail leader who combines strong sales capability with genuine people leadership

You will ideally have:

2–3+ years' experience in a Regional, Area or Multi-Site Retail Management role.

A strong and demonstrated track record of driving sales and commercial results.

Experience leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and sales teams.

A high level of commercial awareness and confidence interpreting sales, financial and operational reporting.

Strong understanding of retail sales, merchandising, stock management and store operations.

A hands-on leadership style with the ability to build trust while maintaining accountability.

Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to turn reporting into action.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.

A willingness and ability to travel interstate when required.

A strong understanding of WHS and compliance requirements.

Furniture, homewares or bulky-goods retail experience will be highly regarded.
