As a Club General Manager, you’ll lead the overall performance, culture, and operations of the club across sales, member experience, personal training, group fitness, reception, and retail.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, team development, operational excellence, team development, and driving measurable results. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing culture, maintaining solid operational standards, and ensuring an exceptional member experience across all areas of the business.

Leadership & Performance:

· Lead, develop, and hold the team accountable to performance standards, KPIs,



and club expectations

· Drive a strong team culture built on professionalism, ownership, and results

· Coach team members toward growth and operational excellence

Operations & Business Management:

· Oversee day-to-day club operations, systems, compliance, and presentation standards

· Monitor club performance including revenue, labour, expenses, and profitability

· Review reporting, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement operational initiatives that drive results

Sales & Member Experience:

· Support strong sales performance, lead conversion, and member retention strategies

· Resolve escalated member concerns professionally and effectively

· Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and high-energy club environment

Growth & Culture:

· Support business growth initiatives and local club strategy

· Lead from the front and create an environment where both members and staff thrive

What You’ll Bring

· Proven leadership experience within fitness, retail, hospitality, or service-based industries

· Strong track record leading teams to measurable performance outcomes

· Confident managing accountability and difficult conversations

· Financially literate with experience managing budgets, KPIs, or reporting

· Highly organised, resilient, and process-driven

· Strong communication and decision-making skills

· Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
